Lezet - "Intimate (Reimagined by Steel Templer)" is out on HARSH REALITY MUSIC (USA)!

Lezet's album of solo bass synth ruminations ("Intimate", Etched Traumas, Greece 2017) gets reimagined and restructured by Steel Templer's mastermind Ilija Popovic-Pop, adding extra jazziness to each track.

I have been a member of Steel Templer for a few months now, so this sign of appreciation by my bandmates melted my heart.

Lezet - "Dabblings 4 - Reimagined by Steel Templer" is out on FRAGMENTS OF BLUE (Brazil)!
Album number 4 in the "Dabblings" series (Surrism Phonoethics, 2014) was/is largely about toying with my electric piano and having fun improvising while overcoming self-imposed physical hurdles and limitations (putting 2 pieces of cloth over the keys before playing, playing in constant opposition to the ticking of an alarm clock etc).
Steel Templer's mastermind, Ilija Popovic - Pop, aided by a few friends, reimagined the album by carefeully rearranging and restructuring each track into fully fledged fusion tracks.

Focal Point - "Focal Point" is out on MURMURE INTEMPOREL (France)!!!

Focal Point is a rock/fusion band from Pozega influenced by 70s and 00s fusion.
Founded in 2005, they released their first demo in 2006, continuing to write new material and perform live.
After making studio recordings in 2013 the band went on an extended hiatus.
They're back and the 2013 recording is finally out!

Focal Point - "Demo 2006" out on HARSH NOISE MOVEMENT RECORDS (UK) !!!!

Focal Point was a rock/fusion band from Pozega, Serbia heavily influenced by Yugoslav rock/fusion (Leb i Sol in particular)
The band started playing gigs and creating songs, recording a demo in 2006. Igor Jovanovic aka Lezet replaced Nenad Tešovic on bass and the band entered the studio to record the album in 2010, but it was never finished. The band went on an extended hiatus in 2013.
"All of the band members are personal friends and there was an ease of communication which made working on music almost effortless, despite the fact that the style itself way surpassed our playing abilities. It's a shame we didn't go on as a band, I would have been proud to be in it now just as I was to be part of it back then.
