LEZET -"Ugly Game Music" is out on THE CHURCH OF NOISY GOAT (Brazil)!!!!!

Inspired by OGTs made on classic 8bit gaming machines of the 80s , Lezet had another go at exploring the concepts of ugliness and beauty in old game soundtracks and 8bit music

8bit, IDM, electronic, experimental

"Listen to the impressive experimental music act LEZET by the versatile and inventive Balkan-based avant-garde music producer Igor Jovanovic. After the absolute success of the release of his first album "Monsters" last year also here on this netlabel, he is coming back this year with his remarkable new 8-bit game music album "Ugly Game Music" in which he demonstrates his newest crazy experiments in the field of low bitrate electronic music.

Drawing on noisy influences in the rhythms and vibrant melodies of synthesizers and 8-bit drums, LEZET created an unparalleled album of ambient electronic music with a lot of shrillness and harshness, which also puts it in the realm of the IDM / Experimental genre. And we are very proud to be able to join the promotion of 8-bit music thanks to this sound detective that returns to our store today. So don't miss this news if you really like music without aesthetic limits, which is the best we have to offer daily here."

CORPSEWEED -"Lucid" single is out!!!

CORPSEWEED: linktr.ee/corpseweed
VIDEO ON YOUTUBE: www.youtube.com/watch?v=732HJ0xTmA8
"Consider this song an introduction to "GRIEFSCAPES." This song was originally intended to be on the album, but I removed it to better help the "flow" of the record. The melodies are largely improvised, to try and capture a vibe, rather than a more structured song. It's kind of inspired by 90's David Bowie, The Caretaker, and Mick Gordon's Killer Instinct stuff (the throat singing, namely). I will release it as a single on streaming services ASAP ahead of the LP. Thanks to everyone who helped with this project."

Lezet -"Accord 2" is out on YUCA TAPES (Puerto Rico )!!!!!

“Accord 2” reflects on the 7 respective nationalisms of former Yugoslavia. The dissolution of Yugoslavia is a cautionary tale of a country crumbling under the weight of nationalisms.

Nations are obsolete.

The tracks on this album are medleys of fragments from over 50 different traditional folk songs. Those songs were recorded individually and then mangled, deconstructed and re-assembled into monstrous new tracks.
