Øüð is the Igor Jovanovic’s (Lezet, Koi Karp, Pluto’s Head, Imperial Needles, Temple Minds, FiXtion, Corpseweed ...) plunderphonics project. The name is Igor’s creation which sounds like a word one would use to express displeasure and disgust .

"Listen to the new and second album by ØÜð aka Igor Jovanovic for this netlabel, and also the first of 2024. This is the Plunderphonics project of this chameleonic music producer where he works exclusively with samples from different recordings, ranging from Jurassic records up to contemporary music as intended by the glorious sound artist. On the album Mold 06, which is the second in a series that already had the first number released by the acclaimed Ukrainian label Genetic Trance, ØÜð reworked tracks that were recorded more than 110 years ago on cylinders and 78s. The Lo-Fi atmosphere takes on new colors with the addition of noise wisely applied by ØÜð. This album should please those listeners looking for new aesthetic proposals based on old sound sources.
