This album is an attempt to recreate Lezet's long-lost 1996 cassette demo.

I couldn't recall its riffs and melodies , but I did remember the overall sound and approach. It was messy and loud and full of chance occurences.
Trying to tap into the mind of your 16-year old metalhead self is fun...right?

Lezet - "Tapping" is out on BROMTOL LARGESSE (USA) !!!!!

As a young metalhead I greatly enjoyed hearing every single guitar tapping fragment played in extreme metal. I would often take a nylon string guitar that belonged to one of my younger sisters when no one was around and try to come up with intricate tapping parts for my imaginary band Lezet. Decades afterwards I found the said guitar in the attic and renewed my love for the technique.
